Our Commitment to Members first will NEVER change; we will never sell the club, take the club public, or be owned by a VC, PE or the like. The no sale clause is formalized in our bylaws to prohibit any sales scenario.

Human Value is the point of everything we do. Effort, Capital and Time should only be contributed to activities that provide or create Human Value. Such human-focused value should be placed ahead of Profit or any other arbitrary value expressed to be more important that Human Value.
We created the worlds first Human First Organization (HFO), a certifying agency to prioritize, guide, enhance, build and maintain human interests over interests that would place humanity second to anything else; such interests may be profit, revenue or fuzzy values such as obligation, obedience or devotion. Such values are fine as long as they are second to direct Human benefit and value. Anything less is uncivilized.

1. Human First Community
Our primary measure to determine the success of SignaVault is the Human Well-Being of our Membership. We do not gauge the value of Profit, AI, Non-Members, Non-Human Systems or anything else ahead of outcomes that are beneficial to our Human Membership. To clarify, we care about all these things, but secondary to Human First Community.
2. Decentralization
We emphasize the importance of distributed decision-making authority to amplify the voices of individual members. Additionally, we acknowledge the need to develop decentralized systems, as such structures are rare in the predominantly centralized world we navigate today.
3. Service
Through service, we contribute to the betterment of the community and its members. Time should only be contributed to efforts that provide or create Human Value before anything else. As an example, profit is secondary to Human Value or an improved/beneficial human impact.
4. Education
Education ensures our members are afforded every opportunity for personal growth, continuous learning, and skill development.
5. Innovation
Through Innovation, we focus on developing novel ideas and solutions to solve our identified needs, address challenges, create value and do our part to improve the world we live in.
